Raefield Perteet grew up in Lansing, MI and originates from a family of ministers, so at a very early age he was inundated with quality preaching and worship. Raefield accepted his own call to the ministry at the age of 18 and was ordained at 21. He received a BS in Management and Minor in Hebraic studies from Oral Roberts University. Rae also holds a MA in Theological Studies from Boston University with accompanying course work from Harvard University and Andover Newton Theological Seminary. Prior to further theological pursuit at BU Rae served for 2yrs as an associate minister at Vessels of Life church in Lansing, MI. and has been blessed to worship with congregations of various faiths all across the states. In times of leisure, swimming, racquetball and the arts are among his favorite things to do. Rae’s ardent desire is to help others reach their highest potential while equipping them to enjoy the journey along the way. Every time he enters the pulpit his desire is to provide healing and empowerment for the body of Christ.

Jim Moore Music Director

Jim Moore grew up with a musical family in Arlington, MA, singing and playing piano early,
even accompanying his class in 3rd Grade.. He graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Math
and an unintended Music major. Jim and his wife June have two sons, Matt and Ben who have blessed
them with 5 grandchildren. Somewhere into his 40-year career as a Computer Engineer, Jim found God's
calling to be a Church Musician at a Choir Camp; he was charged to help others worship the Lord
through his gift of Music and Eccumenical Faith. Now retired, Jim enjoys many styles of Piano, Organ
and Vocal music in ensembles while teaching and accompanying. He enjoys sports, gardening, cooking,
and helping at the Book Shop.

Dan LeBrun Contemporary Worship Leader

Dan LeBrun grew up in Lewiston, Maine and came to southern New England to earn a BA in
Humanities and a MA in Religious Studies from Providence College. Dan has served as a Director of
Religious Education & Youth Ministry, with the MA Department of Social Services, and as the first
Development Director for New Hope, a non-profit helping victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
In 2005 he entered the “for profit” world and is currently a home mortgage officer for Sovereign Bank.
Dan has a lifelong love for music, enjoys playing racquetball, watching soccer, the Patriots and the Red
Sox, and spending time with his wife, Linda, a native Tauntonian and his favorite date for over 32 years.

Dawn Matthews Office Administrator

Dawn Matthews grew up in the Boston area attending Newbury College and Boston University
Metropolitan College for Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies. She has worked for over 16 years for law
firms and is self-employed as a transcriptionist. Dawn has been an active member of the Taunton
community since relocating and purchasing a home in 2001. She is active in the Faith Formation
classes for her church. Dawn enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family. She is
married to her husband John and has two children, John and Ashley.
